Retained Search Recruiting is a flat rate service based on the open job order and is paid in advance of the search taking place. Since we have our payment up front prior to working on the specific job order, we have developed an aggressive price structure to attract those that are serious about our service and looking to save money as well. By receiving payment in advance, it allows us to promote and advertise your open job and know that you are committed to only one recruiting firm to fill the position. The employee would be guaranteed for 30 days and WR would refill the position at no charge should the hired employee leave the company prior to 30 days of employment. |
